PARENTS:  Do you feel alone or hopeless in the struggle to have a good relationship with your teen?  You are not alone!  Come share your stories, learn new tools, and discuss the book “Boundaries With Teens” by Dr. John Townsend.

You will learn how to:

-deal with disrespectful attitudes

-set healthy limits and realistic consequences

-be loving and caring while establishing rules

-determine specific strategies to deal with problems

-and more!
