Counseling for Twenty-Somethings
Twenty-somethings face new challenges every day, and perhaps more so than in generations past. This is a huge time of unrest and transition. Do I go to college and if so, where? What do I want to do for a living? Who do I want to be in relationship with? What do I want to do with my life? The questions are endless.
You may feel that you face these questions or identify with one of the symptoms described below. Nonetheless, therapy can be extremely helpful during this time of life. You can take advantage of an outside perspective to share thoughts and feelings with, voice your opinion, and discover yourself. Or if you have a problem that’s in the way of getting what you want out of life, you can use this time to begin to work through it.
You have great things ahead for you! Now is the time to pave the way for your future happiness and success.
